KVKK Disclosure Notice

1. Data Controller

FluxionLab Elektronik Bilişim Arge Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, in its capacity as data controller pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), processes your personal data within the scope described below.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Providing and improving our services
• Customer relationship management and communication
• Establishing and performing contracts
• Fulfilling legal obligations
• Conducting and auditing business processes
• Ensuring information security
• Promotion of products and services, and marketing activities

3. Personal Data Processed

Your personal data in the following categories may be processed:

• Identity Information: First name, last name, Turkish ID number
• Contact Information: Phone number, e-mail, address
• Customer Transaction Information: Order information, invoice information
• Financial Information: Bank account information, payment information
• Transaction Security Information: IP address, cookie records

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to third parties located in Türkiye or abroad (business partners, service providers, legal authorities) within the framework of the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Data is transferred to cloud service providers such as AWS.

5. Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection

Your personal data is collected through our website, e-mail, telephone, social media and similar channels by automated or non-automated means. The data is processed on the basis of the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK (explicit consent, establishment/performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest).

6. Your Rights Under the KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed
• Request information about the processing if your personal data has been processed
• Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
• Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your personal data is transferred
• Request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurately processed
• Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK
• Request that the correction, deletion and destruction operations be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred
• Object to a result against you arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems
• Claim compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data

7. Application Method

To exercise your rights arising from the KVKK, you may submit your request, together with the information necessary to verify your identity and your explanations regarding the right you wish to exercise, through the following methods:

Your applications will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the procedure requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
